PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack having an electrode tab which is not fractured even when an impact is applied in a direction in which battery cells are separated or brought closer at the time of falling of the battery cells. SOLUTION: The battery pack is equipped with a plurality of battery cells 11 aligned in parallel and an electrode tab 12 of a plane shape having a conductive part 12A which connects between electrodes of two battery cells by going around the middle point on the line connecting the center of electrodes of two adjacent battery cells 11 and without exceeding the tangential line connecting the outer diameter of the two battery cells.
