PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Pachinko ball-shooting device having such constitution that the device can be compact, and to provide a game machine equipped with the Pachinko ball-shooting device. SOLUTION: The Pachinko ball-shooting device 200 includes: a rotor 205 of magnetic material, having a plurality of arm-like parts 202, 203, and 204, which then are set within an angular range of about 180°; a stator 206 as a yoke having magnetic pole faces in the same number as that of the arm-like parts of the rotor 205; a rotary solenoid including a coil wound around the yoke; and a hammer 209 almost in an L-shaped, provided on a rotary shaft of the rotor 205. A stopper 261 is provided to regulate the move of the hammer 209, on the side surrounded by a short piece part and a long piece part of an L-letter shape, at a position with which the long piece part of the hammer 209 comes into contact when the hammer 209 strikes a ball, and with which the short piece part of the hammer 209 comes into contact when the hammer 209 returns to a stand-by position.
