PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel for color display-type information display that solves a problem of color mixing caused when viewed from an oblique direction and suppresses water entry from an external environment by solving problems of a panel for color display-type information display having a color filter disposed outside an observation-side surface of a panel in which a display medium is sealed. SOLUTION: The panel for color display-type information display of a type such that the display medium is electrically driven employs, as an observation-side color filter substrate, a layered structure having a structure such that color filters (11R, 11G and 11BL) formed providing spaces between at least adjacent other-color filters are sandwiched between a first transparent sheet 21 inside the panel and a second transparent sheet 24 outside the panel, wherein the first transparent sheet is≤125μm thick and at least one moisture barrier function layer 23 is provided as a layer outside the panel from the first transparent sheet.
