PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the required minimum twisting rigidity even when an electric system is failed. SOLUTION: A biasing mechanism 17 which presses a lamp plate 14 of a ball and lamp mechanism 12 to a lamp plate 13, includes: a main spring 18 whose one end side abuts with the lamp plate 14 and the other end side abuts with a spring receiving part 21A of a plunger 21; and an opposing spring 19 which is provided between the spring receiving part 21A and a lid body 8, and biases the plunger 21 in the opposite direction to the main spring 18. A control reference position of the plunger 21 is predetermined by the control device so that the required minimum twisting rigidity for the stabilizer device 1 can be secured even when a spring property of the main spring 18 is deteriorated.
