PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize energy of a furnace black gas by guiding the furnace black gas to a gas burner of a boiler to burn the same, after warming a fan casing of a boost fan and a fuel pipe. SOLUTION: In this method of warming the boiler by supplying the furnace black gas 2 to the gas burner 3 through the boost fan 5, the fuel pipe 4 and a flow rate regulation valve 7, and burning the same, the warning of the fuel pipe 4 and the fan casing of the boost fan 5 is performed by opening the flow rate regulation valve 7 and supplying the furnace black gas 2 to the fuel pipe 4, the furnace black gas 2 injected from the gas burner 3 by the flow rate regulation valve 7 is burned in the boiler 1, and the boost fan 5 is started after the fan casing of the boost fan 5 reaches a startable temperature.
