PURPOSE: An organic electroluminescent compound is provided to ensure excellent luminous efficiency and lifetime property compared with existing host materials and to prepare an organic light emitting diode with improved power efficiency. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescent compound is represented by chemical formula 1. An organic light-emitting device includes a first electrode, a second electrode, and mono or multilayer of an organic material layer interposed between the first and second electrodes. The organic material layer comprises one or more organic luminescent compounds and one or more dopants represented by chemical formula 2. The organic material layer includes a light emitting layer and a charge generating layer.
