PURPOSE: A disk brake pad for railway and industrial vehicles is provided to remarkably reduce a noise level compared with a control pad by locating bent friction members along the concentric circle of a disk. CONSTITUTION: A disk brake pad(1) for railway and industrial vehicles comprises a support plate(2), multiple friction members(3) and rotation preventing units. The friction members are formed in a long rectangular shape. The friction members are fixed to the support plate through the rotation preventing units by fixing two long sides(5a,5b) of each friction member to the support plate. |
