<p>PURPOSE: An aspheric lens molding apparatus and a method thereof are provided to massively produce the aspheric lens, to reduce fabrication costs due to successive and repetitively molding, and to remarkably reduce the failure rate caused by foreign materials. CONSTITUTION: An aspheric lens molding apparatus comprises: a cutting member which cuts a long first glass bar into a plurality of second glass bars(7); a heating member(10) heating the cut second glass bar; and a press member(30) press-forming the heated second glass bar. The heating member comprises: a long path(14) in which one side and the other side are opened to make the second glass bar put into; a furnace(12) in which a first heating furnace(16) and a second heating furnace(18) are consecutively installed; and a transport unit which is located on the bottom of the path.</p> |
