PURPOSE: A solar cell and method for manufacturing the same are provided to prevent the disconnection between a front electrode and a collective unit by reducing the height difference between a plurality of front electrodes and a plurality of collective units. CONSTITUTION: In a solar cell and method for manufacturing the same, a substrate(110) of a first conductive type is prepared. An emitter unit(120) has the first conductive type and a second conductive type which is opposite to the first conductive type. A plurality of first electrodes(141) are electrically connected to the emitter unit. At least one current collecting unit(142) is connected to a plurality of first electrodes. A second electrode(151) is electrically connected to the substrate.
