LINEAR RECIPROCATING MOTION APPARATUS USING TRAVERSE CAM WITH UNIFORM VELOCITY

PURPOSE: A reciprocating device for a uniform-velocity linear motion using a traverse cam, capable of the rapid direction conversion of a guide block, is provided to make uniform velocity straight reciprocating motion of a slider in a direction varying part. CONSTITUTION: A reciprocating device for a uniform-velocity linear motion using a traverse cam comprises a traverse cam, a reciprocating slider, and a guide block. The traverse cam comprises a direction changing part(140) and a crossing part(160). The direction changing part is formed on both side spot in which first and second cam grooves(122,124) are connected. The reciprocating slider is combined with a sliding bar(200) to slide. If a cam-shaft(120) is rotated in a specific direction, the guide block guides the reciprocation of the reciprocating slider. The direction changing part is composed of a variable bending edge and a pair of receiving parts. The variable bending edge is formed inside the guide block to make the direction change of the guide block. The receiving part accepts a part of the guide block when the direction is converted at the variable bending edge.
