<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent ink splashing or the like to reduce plate replacement time. <P>SOLUTION: An ink supply device 20 is mounted on a plate cylinder 3 to supply ink. The device includes a covering member 20a for covering a part of the circumferential surface of the plate cylinder 3, and a sealing member 20b fixed from the four sides of the covering member 20a over a prescribed width. The covering member 20a is provided with an ink supply port 9 and ink discharge ports 10a, 10b. The covering member 20a is bendable according to the curvature of the circumferential surface of the plate cylinder 3. The sealing member 20b is brought into contact with a part of the circumferential surface of the plate cylinder 3 when the ink supply device is mounted on the plate cylinder 3.
