PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a keratin-peeling method by which the keratin can efficiently and readily be peeled off, and to provide a kit for peeling the keratin, suitable for the execution of the method. SOLUTION: The keratin-peeling method includes a sebum-removing step for removing the sebum at a part from which the keratin of the surface of the skin is to be removed by a sebum-adsorbing sheet, and a keratin-peeling step for peeling off the keratin at the surface of the skin from which the sebum has been removed by an adhesive sheet for peeling the keratin.
