<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte preventing generation of gas when a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery is stored under a high temperature in a charged state, retaining a high voltage after the storage, and achieving battery properties with superior capacity after the high temperature storage. <P>SOLUTION: The nonaqueous electrolyte including electrolyte and nonaqueous solvent contains a halogen-containing phosphoric ester compound expressed by general formula (1). In the formula, R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>, and R<SP>3</SP>independently represent a hydrocarbon group which can be substituted by a halogen atom, while at least one of R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>, and R<SP>3</SP>is substituted by the halogen atom and also at least one of R<SP>1</SP>, R<SP>2</SP>, and R<SP>3</SP>represents the unsaturated hydrocarbon group which may be substituted by the halogen atom. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
