<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition for molding a crosslinked polyethylene pipe, capable of reducing as much as possible formation of gum caused by bleedout of an antioxidant or a lubricant when molded; and to provide a manufacturing method of a crosslinked polyethylene pipe using the resin composition for molding a crosslinked polyethylene pipe. <P>SOLUTION: The resin composition contains silane graft polyethylene, an antioxidant, and a lubricant. The resin composition also contains 0.5 to 2.0 pts.wt. of maleic acid modified polyethylene per 100 pts.wt. of the silane graft polyethylene.
