PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a highly accurate divided body by dividing a plate material into a straight line shape along a dividing groove and dividing it perpendicularly to the plane of the material even in cross-section. SOLUTION: The divided body manufacturing device 30 for manufacturing a plurality of divided bodies 11 by dividing a plate material 20 including a plate weak material having a dividing groove 21 in a predetermined first direction x along the dividing groove 21 includes: a base 32 on which the plate material 20 is placed; an elastic sheet disposed on the base to place the plate material 20 thereon; a pressing part 70 placed above the base 32 and having a curved elastic pressing surface 71 having a curvature center in the first direction x; and a pressing part driving device 40 for moving the elastic pressing surface 71 in vertical direction with respect to the plate material 20 on the base 32.
