PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack capable of improving mounting strength of a resin mold at a thin element battery without adding a new member in the battery pack having an exterior enclosure section including the resin mold integrated with the element battery. SOLUTION: In the battery pack wherein a protection circuit 14 is buried in the resin mold 15 integrated with an end of the element battery 2, the battery pack has a frame 9 for supporting the protection circuit 14 in the resin mold 15, the frame 9 has a skirt section 19 for covering a side face of the element battery 2, and the skirt section 19 sandwiches a pair of opposite side faces of the element battery 2. Thus, a position movement of the frame 9 and the resin mold 15 integrated with the frame 9 can be restrained at the time of applying external force. Furthermore, the number of components can be restrained from increasing since the skirt section 19 is a part of the frame 9.
