PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base station device capable of notifying that there is an incoming call even when a radio terminal is set to a manner mode. SOLUTION: In the base station device 101 which communicates with the radio terminal in which the manner mode can be set, it is constituted by being provided with: an incoming call detection section (control section 105) which detects that the radio terminal has the incoming call via a self-base station; a manner mode estimation section (control section 105) which estimates whether or not the radio terminal is in the manner mode when the incoming call detection section detects the incoming call; and a notification section (a display section 107, an LED light emission section 108, a voice output section 109) which notifies a user of the radio terminal of the incoming call when it is estimated that the radio terminal is in the manner mode by the manner mode estimation section (control section 105).
