PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an advertisement display device which can be readily attached to supports, such as, newly-installed or existing street light having small diameters and different shapes, which can secure a proper advertisement area, without the risk of being blown away or destroyed, even by a strong wind, and to provide a street light capable of having the advertisement display device attached. SOLUTION: The advertisement display device is constituted of an advertisement display member, having an inner diameter having sufficient allowance, with respect to the outer diameter of the support to which the display device is attached and having a cylindrical shape; a pair of frame members attached to upper and lower end parts of the advertisement display member; and an attachment means for attaching these frame members to the support. The street light is constituted of the support, a solar panel attached to the upper part of the support so that an angle can be adjusted via an angle adjustment mechanism, an illumination light positioned at the lower part than the solar panel and attached to the support; and likewise, by having a storage battery positioned at a portion lower than the solar panel and a side opposite to the illumination light and attached to the support, the structure of the angle adjustment mechanism is simplified.
