PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cover allowing a cover member to be inexpensively manufactured and a grommet to be stably attached to an attaching part. SOLUTION: An engaging part 45 of the cover member 2 is folded back in an attached state, and the folded engaging part 45 is engaged with a hook groove 53 of the grommet 5. By using the engaging part 45 by deforming it into a shape different from at forming, the engaging part 45 can be formed into a non-undercut shape, and it can be formed into an undercut shape at attachment.
