PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior stricture of a wall surface which can be easily installed while securing sufficient water cut-off performance without filling with a sealing material, and which can improve its appearance. SOLUTION: A plurality of exterior panels 3 covering the wall surface 2 are provided. A turn-back part 5 on the panel side is formed by folding back the right-and-left side edges of the exterior panel 3 to the rear surface side into a hook shape. A plurality of base materials 4 are provided side by side on the front surface side of the wall surface 2. A turn-back part 14 on the base side is formed by folding back the side edge of the base material 4 to the front surface side into a hook shape. Then the turn-back part 5 on the panel side is brought into engagement with the turn-back part 14 on the base material side, and both the right and left end parts of the exterior panel 3 are retained from the rear surface side.
