PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chamber for an extracorporeal circulation circuit suppressing the retention of liquid such as blood in a chamber body to effectively prevent the occurrence of coagulation of blood. SOLUTION: The chamber 10 includes the chamber body 40 formed with a storage part for liquid such as blood at a lower part and formed with an air layer at an upper part; an outflow port 53 for liquid such as blood provided at the bottom 51 of the chamber body 40; a filter 70 arranged at the center of the chamber body 40 and extending in cylindrical shape along the vertical direction of the chamber 40 to allow the lower end to communicate with the outflow port 53; an inflow port 55 for liquid such as blood provided to open in a direction along the circumferential direction of the chamber body 40 at the outer periphery of the filter 70 at the bottom 51 in the chamber body 40; and an air pressure measuring line connected to the upper part of the chamber body 40 to communicate with the air layer F.
