When the ambient temperature of a piezoelectric vibrator 12 and the oscillation frequency of the piezoelectric vibrator 12 are increased, the second frequency-temperature information 76 is generated from a relation of temperature in the case of lowering the ambient temperature and the oscillation frequency, and the first frequency-temperature information 74 and the second frequency-temperature information 76 are output to the temperature compensation circuit 40.
