PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool washing device having stability and responsiveness in supplying a cleaning fluid and capable of jetting the cleaning fluid of high pressure. SOLUTION: In the tool washing device, after a tool is washed by supplying a coolant liquid to a jet nozzle 29 from a reservoir tank 50, timing for switching a first electromagnetic valve 43 is delayed by a predetermined time from timing for switching a third electromagnetic valve 56 when turning OFF from ON the first and third electromagnetic valves 43 and 56 by a control part 51. Timing of closing a first switching valve 35 is delayed by a predetermined time from timing of closing a third switching valve 45 according to the switching timing of the first and third electromagnetic valves 43 and 56. As a result, pressurizing force of compressed air to the coolant liquid weakens by an amount of the coolant liquid in the reservoir tank 50 flowing out to a coolant hose 28 for a predetermined time until the coolant hose 28 is closed by the first switching valve 35 after an air supply passage 42 is closed by the third switching valve 45.
