The nipple (1) has a nipple shaft (2) with a tapped hole, which extends in an axial direction of the nipple shaft and is provided for screwing an end of a spoke. A nipple head (3) includes a lower side (8) projecting from the nipple shaft. A circular securing disk (4) is displacably arranged on the nipple shaft, where a top side (9) of the securing disk is turned toward the lower side of the nipple head and cooperated with the nipple head. The lower side of the nipple head and/or the top side of the securing disk are provided with shaping units. An independent claim is also included for a spokes wheel comprising a hub element.
