MANUFACTURING PROCESS OF A INTERLOCKING BLOCK EMITTING ANIONS AND A INTERLOCKING BLOCK MANUFACTURED THEREBY

PURPOSE: A process for manufacturing an interlocking block emitting anions is provided to maintain clean and fresh air and to compensate the amount of anions helpful for the human body. CONSTITUTION: A process for manufacturing an interlocking block emitting anions comprises the steps of: mixing a composition for a block main body; mixing a composition for a colored layer consisting of, based on 100 parts by weight of cement, 300~500 parts by weight of fine aggregate, 5~80 parts by weight of andesite micropowder with a particle diameter less than 3.0mm, 20~35 parts by weight of water, and 0.1~1.0 parts by weight of admixture; injecting the composition for the block main body into a mold to form a block main body(10); injecting the composition for the colored layer to the upper side thereof to form the colored layer(20) and then mold the block; naturally curing the shaped block or curing at 20~70°C for 8~24 hours; polishing the surface of the colored layer of the dried block; and naturally drying the block.
