A control module(120) receives the network information and forms a mobile network. The control module requests detect information from the sensing module. The sensing module comprises a Zigbee communications unit(111), a sensing part(112), and a setting unit(113) The Zigbee communications unit transmits the network information and receives the detection information request signal from the control module. The sensing part provides the detect information. The setting unit sets the network information.
