FLAT PANEL DISPLAY WITH A BUILT-IN TOUCH SCREEN AND DRIVING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A flat panel display with a built-in touch screen and a driving method thereof are provided to perform a scanner function in high definition. CONSTITUTION: A flat panel display with a built-in touch screen comprises: plural unit pixels(120) regularly arranged in a display region; and plural photo-sensors(130) which are adjacent to the unit pixels. The plural unit pixels emit light sequentially during a scanning operation mode in order to perform scanning operation by using the light incident from the photo-sensors.
