<p>PURPOSE: A print head assembly is provided to increase breaking weight and shear strength of a lap since poly dopamine reinforces the adhesion of polymeric adhesive on metal. CONSTITUTION: A print head assembly(10) comprises a functional plate, an adhesive layer, and adhesive promoting agent coating. The multiple functional plates are laminated. The adhesive welds adjacent functional plates to each other. The adhesive promoting agent coating is formed on one or more functional plates. The adhesive promoting agent coating is applied on the plate before the contact with the adhesive layer. The adhesive promoting agent coating is poly dopamine coating.</p> |
