PURPOSE: A photoelectric conversion device is provided to consecutively form a protective layer along with a sealing area, thereby enhancing the coating feature of a sealing member. CONSTITUTION: First and second substrates are separated each other. The first electrodes are arranged on one side of the first substrate opposite to the second substrate. The first electrodes are expanded from the sealing area of the first substrate and separated each other. A protective layer(115) is arranged on the first electrodes. A sealing member(130) is located between the first and second substrates.
