PURPOSE: An image sensor and for manufacturing the same are provided to be applied to an image device such as a filter structure and a camera module by passing light of various wavelengths on each region adjacent to a filter structure. CONSTITUTION: In an image sensor and for manufacturing the same, a cubic color image sensor(100) comprises a color pixel sensor(110) and a distance pixel sensor(120). The color pixel sensor comprises a first photo diode(104) which receives visible light and generates photocharge. An image sensor(160) is formed on the substrate(102) including the sensor region. The image sensor has the color pixel sensor and the distance pixel sensor which have different filters respectively. A cut-off filer(150) is separated from the image sensor.
