PURPOSE: A ginseng packing method and a ginseng package are provided to show a ginseng as a visually excellent quality ginseng and to facilitate anticorrosive treatment. CONSTITUTION: A ginseng packing method comprises the flowing steps. A ginseng is positioned inside a packing film(110) having an inlet on one side thereof. The inside of the packing film is charged with liquid gum. The inlet of the packing film is sealed, and the ginseng package is prepared. The ginseng package is cooled, and the gum is made into gel.
