PURPOSE: A multi-network connection device which uses a rate plan is provided to supply a usable network according to the communication cost system information of a terminal which supports a multi network. CONSTITUTION: A control unit(250) receives usable network information corresponding to communication cost system information of a subscriber from among a multi network.
