PURPOSE: A coating removal method is provided to reduce coating removal time by increasing the content of methylene chloride. CONSTITUTION: A coating removal method is as follows. Components are dipped in remover chemicals with 5~60°C for 5 minutes to 48 hours(S100). Residues are eliminated from the coated surface of the components by dipping the pre-processed components in acid with 20~80°C for 5 to 60 minutes(S102). The chemicals on the components are first eliminated using water(S104). Minute residues on the surfaces of the components are eliminated using ultrasonic waves(S106). The chemicals on the surfaces of the components are second eliminated using water(S108). The surfaces of the components are dried(S110).
