PURPOSE: A novel turning film for a liquid crystal display is provided to increase luminance from a surface. CONSTITUTION: A light incident surface(94) includes a plurality of light reorientation structures. A light emitting surface(92) is opposite to the light incident surface. A remote surface(26) faces an adjacent surface. The light reorientation structures include light emitting surfaces opposite to the light incident surface.
