<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly usable storage water heater capable of making a user select an optimal operating mode for the user by displaying the operating mode to avoid the shortage of a hot water storage amount, and improving actual use efficiency in a display device immediately after the installation of the storage water heater. <P>SOLUTION: The storage water heater includes: a heating device 2 heating water; a hot water storage tank 1 storing hot water heated by the heating device 2; the display device 4; and a control device 3. The control device 3 includes a plurality of the operating modes in which hot water temperatures and/or hot water amounts heated by the heating device 2 and stored in the hot water storage tank 1 are different, and basic use amount data 16, compares the basic use amount data 16 with use amount data after the installation of the device to determine the operating mode, and displays the determined operating mode in the display device 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
