<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve a structure preventing a slide bearing 17 for rotatably supporting the end of a worm shaft 6 from having high temperature during operation. <P>SOLUTION: The slide bearing 17 includes a thin-walled bearing body 18 of a small-diameter cylindrical shape, and a reception part 19 for containing a biasing member 10a and a coil spring 11a. The external shape of the slide bearing 17 is matched with the inner face shape of a holding recess 12a formed inside a housing 3a. The slide bearing 17 is fittedly supported inside the housing 3a with its outer face closely contacted with the inner face of the holding recess 12a with substantially no gap between them. With this, heat can be efficiently released from the slide bearing 17 to the housing 3a and the problem can be solved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
