<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for simply and effectively recovering the sensible heat of a steel plate while reducing the effect on apparatuses and works in an existing hot rolling factory. <P>SOLUTION: A steel plate which is hot-rolled at a second stage of a hot-rolling line is coiled, and the hot-rolled coil is loaded on a loading stand in which the phase change material on a conveying truck is filled in a solid phase. An upper portion of the coil is covered with a coil upper surface cover filled with the phase change material in a solid phase. Thereafter, the conveying truck is conveyed to a coil yard, and after the conveying truck reaches the coil yard, the coil is unloaded in the coil yard and left as it is while the coil is covered by the coil upper surface cover. The sensible heat of the coil is recovered and stored in the phase change material on the loading stand and in the coil upper surface cover while the coil is conveyed and left as it is. After the heat-stored phase change material is in a liquid phase, the coil upper surface cover and the loading stand are transferred by the conveying truck to a heat storage tank filled with the phase change material. The sensible heat and the latent heat of the phase change material on the coil upper surface cover and in the loading stand are shifted to the heat storage tank via a heating medium, and stored in the phase change material in the heat storage tank. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
