PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a navigation device which searches appropriate routes under the condition of giving a priority to toll roads and which takes into account avoiding road hazards and acquiring privileges through an ETC system. SOLUTION: When a searched route K for reaching a destination G from the place of departure S contains a toll road Hw, the guide route search device 30 of the navigation device 10 finds an entrance IC (A) and an exit IC (B). The useful route search device 80 of a server 60, installed in an information center searches for a route K' which is a route for reaching the destination G from the departure place S and as for the utilization range of the toll road Hw, and which includes an entrance IC (A') and an exit IC (B'), each of which exist in respective vicinity of the entrance IC (A) and the exit IC (B) and enables acquisition of privilege (toll discount) by the utilization of the ETC system; and the navigation device 10 re-searches for a route K" which utilizes the entrance IC (A') and the exit IC (B') acquired by the server 60, and acquires the privilege by the utilization of the ETC system.
