PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat vibration motor, capable of efficiently preventing the occurrence of a short-circuited magnetic flux, by reducing a magnetic resistance of a main magnetic path, thereby achieving a high efficiency. SOLUTION: A magnet sheet 12 for attracting a magnetic flux generated from a field magnet 2 is arranged as a magnetic flux attracting member on the inner surface side of the upper surface (upper case 1b) of a housing 1 opposed to the field magnet 2 through an eccentric rotor 3.
