PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide multicolor structure confectionery (such as chocolate mainly) where a picture appears, which causes visual change through the process of eating to excite eater's interest. SOLUTION: The multicolor structured confectionery where a picture appears is obtained by forming a base part using light-color confectionery material, forming a projection having a cross-section of a character or a figure on the base part and covering the thus-formed projection with deep-color confectionery material so that the existence of the projection is not recognizable.
