PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable precise sensing of grain culm clogging in a reaping part so as to improve the efficiency of reaping work. SOLUTION: A reaping and conveying device includes: a reaping device (9) for reaping a plurality of grain culms; an ear tip-side conveyer (11) for engaging and conveying the ear tip sides of the reaped grain culms; and a root-side conveyor (12) for holding and conveying the root sides of the reaped grain culms. In a combine harvester with right and left conveyance routes (A, B) for conveying the plurality of conveyance grain culms, which are merged with each other by the ear tip-side conveyor (11) and the root-side conveyor (12), to a threshing part (3) side at the rear, a clogging detection sensor (18) for detecting the clogging of the conveyance grain culms in the vicinity of the lower side of the ear tip-side conveyor (11) is arranged in the merging part (C) of the right and left conveyance routes (A, B).
