摘要 The invention pertains to the field of electrical engineering, more specifically to techniques and equipment for accumulating electrical energy in large amounts with low weight-dimension indices. The technical result consists in the production of a small-dimension, light-weight electrical energy accumulator having a high capacity. An anode is situated outside a vacuum chamber that is provided with a cathode, and a dielectric is placed between the two. Energy is accumulated by accumulating the free electrons in the deep vacuum around the cathode. A volumetric negative charge is generated in a stationary vacuum capacitor of a stationary charging device, and the electrical energy is transferred to a mobile capacitor-type electrical energy accumulator in order to charge the vacuum capacitor thereof. In a second variant, two vacuum capacitors are used, the first of which first receives a full charge and is then discharged via a stabilizer-converter into the second vacuum capacitor, whereby the charge is distributed between the two vacuum capacitors. After this, recharging is carried out, charge being returned from the second to the first vacuum capacitor. The main mobile accumulator is a vacuum capacitor comprising a hot cathode with an electrically insulated filament or a cold cathode with a micropoint-type surface.
