<p>The method for the production of a composite component from a metal component (M) and a plastic, where a material-consistent adhesive bonding is provided between the metal component surface (MO) and the plastic, comprises cleaning a part area of the metal component-surface by atmospheric pressure plasma process to form a corrosion-resistant adhesion-promoting layer (KS), injection molding a polyamide layer on cleaned metal component surface, and applying a layer (H) of polyurethane-based bonding agent on the corrosion-resistant, adhesion promoting layer by a piezo-printing method. The method for the production of a composite component from a metal component (M) and a plastic, where a material-consistent adhesive bonding is provided between the metal component surface (MO) and the plastic, comprises cleaning a part area of the metal component-surface by atmospheric pressure plasma process to form a corrosion-resistant adhesion-promoting layer (KS), injection molding a polyamide layer on cleaned metal component surface, and applying a layer (H) of polyurethane-based bonding agent on the corrosion-resistant, adhesion promoting layer cleaned by atmospheric pressure plasma process, by a piezo-printing method. The internal high pressure forming of the metal component is carried out before the injection molding of polyamide layer. The bonding agent has soot particles. The atmospheric pressure plasma process is carried out under addition of adhesion-promoting substances in process gas. The metal component is a light weight component from aluminum sheet, die-cast aluminum or aluminum extruded profile. An independent claim is included for a composite component made of a metal component and a plastic.</p> |
