<p>Disclosed is an information analysis device which aims to more accurately calculate the number of persons stranded away from home during a disaster. The information analysis device (700) is provided with: an acquisition unit (702) which acquires for the period of time in question subscriber position information including subscriber ID and area ID; a unification unit (703) that filters the various subscriber position information into a single single set of subscriber information or the equivalent thereof; a first association unit (704) which associates sets of subscriber information, or the equivalent thereof, and attribute information; a distance calculation unit (706) which calculates, for each mobile unit subscriber, the distance between the mobile unit subscriber's position and address on the basis of the set of subscriber information, or the equivalent thereof, and the address information in the attribute information associated to said set of subscriber information, or the equivalent thereof; an extraction unit (707) that extracts sets of subscriber information, or the equivalent thereof, with a distance greater than or equal to a reference value; and a derivation unit (708) which classifies and weights, by distance, the number of sets of subscriber information, or the equivalent thereof, adding up said number of sets for each area to acquire the number of persons stranded away from home for each area.</p> |
