PURPOSE: A compound for an organic photoelectric device is provided to obtain an organic photoelectric device with excellent electrochemical and thermal stability and high luminous efficiency even in low driving voltage. CONSTITUTION: A compound for an organic photoelectric device is represented by chemical formula 1. In chemical formula 1, Ar1 and Ar2 are selected from substituted or unsubstituted C6-30 aryl group and substituted or unsubstituted C2-30 heteroaryl group; Ar3 and Ar4 are selected from hydrogen, substituted or unsubstituted C6-30 aryl group or substituted or unsubstituted C2-30 heteroaryl group; R1-R4 are selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, substituted or unsubstituted C1-30 alkyl group, substituted or unsubstituted C6-30 aryl group, substituted or unsubstituted C2-30 heteroaryl group.
