PURPOSE: A sludge electro-dehydrating and rapid-drying apparatus is provided to reduce the water content of sludge transferred to a drying process, by including a drying device and a dehydrating device in one body. CONSTITUTION: A sludge electro-dehydrating and rapid-drying apparatus comprises the following: an electro-dehydration unit(10) forming the electric field to sludge, and compressing and dehydrating the sludge; a fixed-quantity feeding unit(20) maintaining the insertion amount of the sludge; a rapid drying unit(30) drying the sludge discharged from the electro-dehydration unit; and a sludge distribution unit(40) installed in between the electro-dehydration unit and the rapid drying unit, and formed with a rotary shaft and plural blades.
