PURPOSE: An image controller is provided to control the movement of a 3D character through a moved location data measurement value of a user's face. CONSTITUTION: A storage unit(15) respectively designates the movement of a character or a specific person by the location of a target person. An acquisition unit(17) acquires a photographed face image of the target person. A composite unit(25) composes an acquired face image of the obtained target person with the face of character or the specific person. A control unit(11) displays the composited character or the specific person to a display unit.
