PURPOSE: A leakage current sensing circuit using a current distributing rule and electrical leakage braking system are provided to measure currents leaked in a load using a current distributing rule. CONSTITUTION: A leakage current measuring unit(20) comprises two resistors(R1, R2), a voltage comparator(22), a reference voltage generating unit(23), an electricity insulating unit(24), and a controller(25). The resistors are connected to the power line between an input side and a load side. Distributed leakage currents flow through two resistors for measurement and are converted into voltages by a voltage distributing rule according to the ratio of a resistance value. A voltage comparator measures a voltage to compare a measurement voltage with the reference voltage of the reference voltage generating unit. The voltage comparator outputs an electrical leakage signal to a controller. |
