PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sound insulation sheet which has sound insulation performance comparable with that of a conventional sound insulation sheet made of a resin-based material, which is made of a material not exerting an influence on the health of the human body, and which has resistance to heat up to the order of 160°C. SOLUTION: This sound insulation sheet includes a base material 11 which is made of an inorganic fiber cloth, iron sand layers 12 and 13 which are made of iron sand and provided via an adhesive layer on both the sides 11a and 11b of the base material 11, respectively, and metal foil 14 and 15, which are provided via the adhesive layer on the iron sand layers 12 and 13.
