<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charge pump circuit capable of reducing reference leak and interference spurious by suppressing an effect of parasitic capacitance (stray capacitance) and suppressing voltage fluctuation of a control signal. <P>SOLUTION: In the charge pump circuit, a selector means SEL 1 selects a connection state so as to connect a main constant current source I1_main with a main constant current source I2_main or a subcurrent source I2_sub, and to connect a main constant current source I2_main with the main constant current source I1_main or a subcurrent source I1_sub, and always connects the main constant current sources I1_main and I2_main with other current sources. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
